The developer of this project needed to sell half of his lots in this new subdivision. Michael placed the lots with a builder and marketed the new construction. Seven homes. One year build-out.
Spinnaker Island, Hull MA
The Spinnaker Island Association needed to sell the rights to build 10 waterfront townhomes. Michael put together the investor and the developer and introduced them to the Association. Michael also revived the permits and marketed the units on behalf of the developer.

Michael marketed 6 new homes for Fiore Brothers. Construction Co.
Barrows Junk Yard
This property was in bank foreclosure and was purchased by Fiore Brothers to meet 21E requirements. The land was cleared and subdivided for development. Michael marketed and sold the new homes that now exist on the site.
Summerwoods, Weymouth, MA
Eight builder’s packages were marketed for JVO Corp.
319 West Elm Street, Pembroke, MA
This 35+ acre farm, with various outbuildings, was in Chapter 61A. Michael performed a Highest and Best Use Analysis and created a conceptual plan for the property. The property was purchased by McSharry Brothers. A 13 lot subdivision was approved and construction will begin in Spring 2004.
Colonial Heights, Hanson, MA
Based on the success of Alden Way, Colonial Heights LLC, contacted Michael to produce a marketing strategy and advise with regard to product placement. Currently, only 4 of the 25 lots are still available.
Elmwood Village, East Bridgewater
The developer and builder were unhappy with the lack of sales from major real estate firms. Michael was approached to discuss the marketing and product placement. This phased project of 12 homes is now being marketing by Michael and is being sold on schedule.
